Welcome to the Solas Bhríde website

Solas Bhríde (Brigid’s light/flame) is a small Christian Centre, which has as its focus St. Brigid and Celtic Spirituality. We seek to unfold the legacy of Brigid of Kildare and its relevance for our world.

The centre is currently run from our home, a small house in Kildare where we welcomed up to 3,000 pilgrims/visitors in 2008. People come on pilgrimage to Kildare from all over the world. We are excited about the plans for our new Centre and Hermitages.
